  • HOW CAN I MAKE SURE THE SIZE IS SUITABLE?
    Please see size chart on our website and measurements for each item. If your child is at the higher end of the age, we recommend purchasing the next size up.
  • DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
    Baby Organic currently offers domestic shipping across the UK and international shipping across Europe, Asia and USA as well as Central and Latin America. To find out whether we are able to offer shipping services to your country, please contact Customer Support to find out more.
  • HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    In the event, you want to cancel your recently purchased order, please contact us at babyorganic.uk@gmail.com. Mark you email as "ORDER CANCELLATION" and please include your order number. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once goods have been dispatched, therefore goods must be returned following our return policy.
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
    We aim to dispatch within a day, depending on the time of order placement. Items purchased over the weekend or on UK Bank Holidays will be sent out the next working day.
  • WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE FOR SOMETHING AT A DIFFERENT PRICE?
    If you are exchanging for a cheaper item, we will refund you the difference in price. If you are exchanging for a more expensive item, we will send you an invoice to pay the difference in cost.
  • MY QUESTION IS NOT LISTED, WHO CAN I CONTACT?"
    Please feel free to get in touch with us through our "Contact Us" form. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
  • WILL YOU REFUND ME POSTAGE COSTS IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED/EXCHANGED?
    Unfortunately, it costs us to deliver items to you. We are unable to refund delivery costs unless items you received are faulty. We will refund you the full cost of goods returned, excluding the original postage costs.
  • WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTY IF I AM PURCHASING FROM ABROAD?
    Depending on the coutry and shipping method. Feel free to get in touch with us for shipping quotes (we can look into standard shipping, import duties paid by customer and DDP service (delivery duties paid). Alternatively, to find out more about the importing goods into your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE FOR A RETURN?
    If for any reason you are unhappy with the items received, you have up to 28 calendar days to return the items to us. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item/s if you would like to return them back to us. You then have a further 14 days to ship the item/s back to us. Please note the cost of the return is at your own expense. All items must be in their original condition, unused with all original tags and packaging (see return section for items not qualifying for a return). Baby Organic will not accept items that have been worn, soiled or if the tags have been removed. Please note, hair accessories (bows, bands, clips), baby teethers, comforter blankets are non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty.
  • WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?
    Please allow up to 5 working days from the date the item arrives back to us. We will notify you as soon as your refund has been finalised.
  • WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURNS?
    Please return your item(s) within 28 days to the following address: BABY ORGANIC - Returns 22 BELSIZE SQUARE NW3 4HT LONDON United Kingdom Baby Organic is not responsible for return delivery costs. Baby Organic is also not responsible for items lost during transit. We suggest using insured method of postage and retaining this as proof of postage until the refund has been processed to your account. We also advise selecting a reliable service with tracking available.
  • CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IN A STORE?
    All returning item/s have to be posted to the return address.
  • How your linen fabric is different from others?
    Baby Organic uses 100% pre-washed linen, which is naturally organic and free from harmful chemicals. Also, it is softer and creases less than regular linen. Most companies use a combination of linen & cotton, or regular linen, that is cheaper than pre-washed linen. Read more in our blog.
  • What is pre-washed linen? Is softened and pre-washed are the same?
    Softened linen - treated with chemicals to make it softer. Pre-washed linen is softened with biological enzymes that are free from harmful chemicals. Baby Organic aims towards organic and natural materials, so all our linen is pre-washed.
