At Baby Organic, we process all orders with the greatest level of care because we know how important it is to receive your products on time.  

All orders placed on this website will be dispatched from our UK warehouse. If you wish to ship your order to any of the following countries: Australia, United States, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, please visit our Etsy store from where we ship to these locations.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for ordering from Baby Organic. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes the size or colour may not fit, and you can change your mind. 

 

We highly recommend carefully checking measurements on our size chart and reviewing your shopping bag before finalizing your order to prevent returns. 

 

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

If you wish to return anything, please contact us within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of your order. Please make sure items are returned to us within 28 calendar days from receipt of your order

 

Unfortunately, as a small business, we do not offer free returns. It is the customers’ responsibility to return items within 28 calendar days in their original condition. Please be aware that Baby Organic can not be accountable for return products lost by the delivery company. Please use the insured method of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To qualify for a return, the products must be:

-    In original condition, you received it, with labels and tags intact 

-    Unworn and unused

-    In a sealable condition

-    Not damaged and not stained 

-    Returned in the original packaging

-    Have proof of purchase and be purchased on our website 

 

Items that do not qualify for a return/refund:

-    Made-to-order products

-    Baby teethers

-    Baby comforters

-    Hair accessories (hair clips, headband, hair bows)

-    Cuddle cloth

 

Please note, unless items are faulty the refund only includes the cost of the goods returned, excluding the original postage costs. 

 

To start a return, please contact us via email  (Monday - Friday, 9-5 pm GMT).

Please include your order number, name, and address.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

•    Email us within 14 calendar days for return or exchange. Include your order number, name and address.

•    All items must be returned via recorded delivery. Baby Organic does not take any responsibility for items lost in transit.

•    Return items must qualify for a refund. Complete with all labels and in perfect condition. Baby Organic reserves the right to refuse a return if the goods are not in their original condition. If your item is faulty Baby Organic will refund your postage costs.

•    Baby Organic does not cover the cost of returning delivery.

•    Items sent back without requesting a return, would not be accepted.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU RECEIVE MY RETURN?

·    Baby Organic will check returned products and process all returns and exchanges within 1-2 working days of receipt.

·    Refunds can take 5-7 working days to appear in your bank account.

 

 

EXCHANGE (UK CUSTOMERS)

To exchange an item for a different size or different product, please email us at babyorganic.uk@gmail.com (Monday - Friday, 9-5pm GMT). We will check our stocks to make sure the item you wish to exchange is available. Please note that exchanges are subject to a return delivery charge. If you are exchanging for a cheaper item, we will refund you the price difference. If you are exchanging for a more expensive item, we will send you an invoice to pay the difference in cost.

EXCHANGE (EU/INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)

Baby Organic is unable to process international exchanges and cover the cost of returns. Please follow our return procedure and place a new order. Please be aware that all items returned to us must be sent DDP (delivery duties paid). Customers are responsible for return items and their costs. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We carefully check each product before dispatch, however, if you think there might be a defect, please contact us immediately with a description and photos. If the goods are faulty, you would be offered a replacement or a refund once we receive the order.
